On The Job Training Instructor (OJTI) Course

Course Aim:


To develop the knowledge, skills, and attitude of the participants to enable them to provide On-The-Job-Training ATS instruction.


Course Duration:


1 Month self-study followed by 1-week residential phase.


Course Requirements:


In accordance with the stipulated Civil Aviation Regulations.

Language:


The course will be conducted in the English language.


Methodology:


The learning methodology will consist of a module of distance learning, classroom lectures, simulated exercises, group discussions and video presentations.
